Start is an astar based studio in the city bowl.

We are all creative beings however in our busy lives we are not often given the space and time to nurture and feed our creative selves.

The Start studio is a beautiful, tranquil space to:

• Discover the artist within
• Do something different and away from the stress of ordinary life
• Express your unique creativity
• Have fun making art spontaneously
• Explore a wide variety of mixed media materials
• Embark on a journey of self-discovery
• Discover art as an infinite source of wellness for body, mind, heart and spirit

...giving you the opportunity to be fully present with yourself, to let go of the inner critic and self judgement and to play like a child again.

Awakening Spirit through Art is a non-judgemental approach to art making where the creative process is the focus rather than the art products. Small groups of adults are inspired and guided through art processes in a nurturing, supportive space. Each person’s unique creative spirit is respected and celebrated.

No previous art experience is required.

Classes available:

• Monday evenings 18.00 – 20.30
• Friday mornings 09.30 – 12.00
