…by using a combination of meditation, visualisation and right-brain activities to inspire art making with mixed media materials that takes us beyond the realms of our current mindset and opens us up to new possibilities of creativity.

Awakening Spirit through Art is a non-judgemental approach to art making where the creative process is the focus rather than the art products. Small groups of adults are inspired and guided through art processes in a nurturing, supportive space. Each person’s unique creative spirit is respected and celebrated.

I will be running a new CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS course for groups of 8. The three hour sessions run weekly over the ninw week period starting beginning of October 2011.

Spaces limited to first 16 participants. The cost is R185 per session.

No previous art experience is required.
